“I was having a deep and meaningful conversation with some friends recently. We were discussing New Year’s resolutions, goals and our word for the year.
I had been thinking about my goals, gaps and what intentions are important to me. Personal development, health, faith, family, being creative and business growth have always been a focus and are important to me. I am a student of life and never want to stop learning and evolving. This applies to my business and in my personal life.
I guess technically “my word of the year” for 2025 is two words… #unapologeticallyauthentic
“Unapologetically authentic” to me means being true to myself and not being afraid to express my thoughts and feelings. Having a firm stance when to say yes but most importantly, when to say NO! Setting solid boundaries and feeling good regardless of the other person’s response or the outcome. Living in truth. ❤️
“Being bold in my actions, living congruent to who I am and what I believe. “
Not making myself small for others and letting my light shine.
I hope I can encourage others to be bold, authentic and live true to who they are.
