Celebrations run from Sun, Mar 1, 2026 – Tue, Mar 31, 2026
During LPBC Services’ Women’s History Month campaigns, Laurel Pendle, Founder focuses on several key areas for women in leadership:
- Honoring Trailblazers: Pendle emphasizes reflecting on the contributions of women who broke barriers in history and created opportunities for current generations.
- “Phenomenal Woman” Inspiration: A central part of her 2026 observance included honoring Dr. Maya Angelou and her poem “Phenomenal Woman,” using it as a call for women to lead boldly and stand firmly in their self-worth.
- Resilience and Mindset: Pendle often shares her own journey as an entrepreneur, highlighting the importance of resilience in overcoming business roadblocks.
- Active Creation: She views women’s history as something actively being created in modern boardrooms and small businesses, rather than just a past event to reflect upon.
Special Initiatives
To support women during this month, Pendle has previously offered specialized coaching sessions and free resources to help female entrepreneurs gain strategic clarity, leadership skills and business direction.
