Our Story

Our story is a good one. Over the years, Laurel Pendle, Founder was approached by numerous colleagues, business owners, leaders, executives, top organizations and industry partners to help solve business problems and provide strategy and leadership advice in the marketplace.

Pendle quickly rolled up her sleeves to help fill the gap by providing successful strategies, tactics and targeted business solutions. She often acted as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Business Strategist for many organizations and brands.

Her clients started to see an increase in visibility, scalability and profitability in their business- saving them time and money. She  decided to pursue her passion to help other struggling entrepreneurs, business owners and brands grow and scale their businesses.

Pendle had a vision to help businesses and leaders  become extraordinary! Soon demand increased for her diverse talents and LPBC Services LLC was born.

About the Founder

Laurel Pendle is an international bestselling author with numerous business books that are housed in the Library of Congress. She has a wide range of experience and interests which makes her a unique and sought-after writer and communications expert.

Pendle successfully guides organizations and leaders to discover the “root cause” or business blocks that might be holding them back. She is a passionate, driven serial entrepreneur that strives to help other organizations, business owners and entrepreneurs to look at business and leadership success from a purpose-driven and “holistic” perspective.
She loves creating brand awareness and solving complex problems. Her goal is to develop targeted solutions and strategies to help others reach their true potential. A true visionary and a talented entrepreneur that thrives in partnering with dynamic organizations and people around the globe. Her vision is to help businesses become extraordinary!
Pendle graduated with a B.A., Cum Laude, Communications & Marketing degree and Tourism and Business Management MA studies from Arizona State University. She has a professional management & leadership background delivering strategic business solutions and results. Since 2003 Pendle has held the coveted certification as a Meeting & Events Professional (CMP) and in 2012 she earned her AZ real estate license. She was successful in her leadership and management role with one of the largest real estate trade associations in the US.
Pendle is a dynamic business strategist, sales, marketing & public relations professional.  A “connector” that has a proven track record in creating strategic partnerships & alliances. Pendle has advanced training in project management, business strategy and strategic communications. She has worked with diverse organizations, startups, medium to large businesses, entrepreneurs, and top executives in the public and private sectors from various industries for over three decades.
Pendle was instrumental in moving the needle in business with several large US based chambers of commerce, luxury hotels and resorts, tourism and convention (DMOs) marketing destination organizations and various nonprofits.
In her free time, she enjoys being in nature, reading, design, painting, writing and being with friends and family. She is a devoted mother, artist, published author, philanthropist and social activist.
Pendle believes people and relationships come first – then business and financial freedom will follow! Pendle is the founder of LPBC Services based in sunny AZ.
